Cherry wood employee ID cards - Identity, access and team spirit in one card
The ID card people like to wear: An employee ID hangs on the lanyard or sits in the holder all day – so why not make it from a material people like to show? Our Cherry wood employee ID cards: 1.3 mm of real wood, name and role by engraving or print, optionally with RFID chip for doors, time tracking and canteen.
Issued with control-monster approval: UV printing in CMYK, single-sided (4/0) or double-sided (4/4), puts logo, department and ID number onto the wood. Laser engraving sets name and staff number permanently and tamper-proof into the material, hot foil stamping in gold or silver marks management level or access tier. The chip (Mifare Classic 1K or F08) runs in common access and time systems.
For companies, agencies, clinics and everyone who makes their team visible: Architecture office with a nature ethos, craft business proud of its material, startup with a values culture, clinic or practice with a personal touch, administration with access system – the employee ID is in view of colleagues and customers every day. Wood turns it into a statement for culture instead of control. Please note: ID photos are not printed – name, role and number are.
Warmth instead of cold: If your brand stands for indulgence, craftsmanship and the special, cherry is your wood. Wine merchants, manufactories, restaurants and studios choose cherry because the card should not only be seen but felt – warm in the hand, high-end in appearance. Find out more about our materials on our card formats page.
Nature outside, tech inside: On request, your wooden card carries an NFC chip (NTAG213, NTAG215 or NTAG216, 13.56 MHz) – for a smartphone tap to your website, menu or digital business card. For access, membership and billing systems, pick the RFID chips Mifare Classic 1K or F08 (also 13.56 MHz) right in the configurator. Not sure which chip fits your system? Just tell us what you run – we check compatibility.
